Ribbons Information
Qdex-tech is a distributor of good quality, compatible thermal ribbons for the Zebra, Datamax and Intermec range of thermal transfer printers.

These are generally available in three grades:

Wax ribbons: For general labelling applications on uncoated papers.

Wax/Resin ribbons: For use on gloss and other coated papers as well as some synthetics. Good durability of print.

Full resin ribbons: For use on synthetic (plastic) labels, giving an excellent print quality together with a scratch-resistant, durable finish. Often used for heavier duty applications in the automotive and chemical industries.
